For new customers, the security deposit starts at $1,500. We do not accept credit cards — payment must be made via wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, or certified funds.

Apply Online
Fill out our rental application. Our team reviews and responds quickly by phone or email.

Approval & VIN Shared
Once we receive your confirmed arrival date, we share VIN(s) so you can add the unit(s) to your physical-damage insurance. Equipment value range: $25,000–$175,000.

Insurance Verification
Auto Liability $1M. Physical Damage with year, make, model, VIN, and value listed. GSC Lease LLC, 409 Christina Dr, East Dundee IL 60118 must be listed as Loss Payee/Certificate Holder and additional insured.

Multi-Point Inspection
While your insurance is being verified, your truck or trailer enters our repair facility for a road-ready inspection.
- 05
Pickup Notification
Once insurance is verified and inspection is complete, we let you know your unit is ready for pickup.

Sign & Drive
Final walk-around, lease agreement, and security deposit + first month's rent (or proration) due. Roll out with confidence.
